Unlike most toaters that pop up when done, this one is manually raised and lowered. The look and quality of the toaster is exceptional. I would expect it to be around for a long time.

I chose it because of the outstanding ratings and assume it will last a LONG time. That being said, it's a toaster, and no toaster should cost more than $30.
