The first one I received was damaged in shipping but Cooking.com quickly sent me a new one and allowed me to return the damaged one for free. It is the right size for 3-4 cups of tea. It will keep the tea warm for well over an hour with no heat. The handles stay cool to the touch. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Absolutely beautifull teapot!
