Finally, a plastic part just cracked in two pieces, and we had spent a lot more than I spent on this replacement machine. This machine works very well, froths like crazy, and is generally much preferred over the other. I am glad the other one broke!

Using it is a breeze for him. The machine is solid and compact. I chose this model after reading other reviews. I'm happy with my choice.
