by jerome (littleton, CO) 1 review Great machine... espresso/cappucino is wonderful and make it perfect. the steamer is great and everything is simple and cleanable. the coffee side actually stopped working and will not brew coffee. in the process of gettting that fixed right now... so right now im not happy with the coffee side.
by Gabriel (Erie, PA) 1 review This is a great coffee maker, its everything I wanted and more, it did take me a few times to get the cappuccino's just right but now that I got the hang of it, i can get them perfect almost every time. The complaint that I can come up with would be that It does make a mess, pouring the coffee and espresso, it also is hard to make several espresso's back to back, since it gets hot and as you pour the water in it all steams up and makes a mess. But don't get me wrong, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT!!

I love the removable water reserve but wish it had a frothing pitcher for the milk. I still haven't found exactly the right container, but have discovered that sliding the unit to the edge of the counter and having the frothing
