We love the rice cooker, maybe too much as my wife bought an assortment of about 8 different kinds of rice to try and I think we will be eating rice for a long time.
This makes cooking rice so easy a caveman like me can do it. So far we have not found a variety of rice that it does not cook well.

    By one you'll love it.

We can enjoy rice again! We have had the rice cooker for several weeks and it has made PERFECT rice every time. It does an especially good job with brown rice. Just fill the rice cooker according to directions and forget it.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The brownn rice came out gummy and sticky. The instructions are vague. Rinse, don't rinse? I wish I understood what other reviewers liked about this product. I read the reviews, purchased accordingly. Bummed.

Great product! I had ordered a different rice cooker a while back and returned it because the rice turned out gummy (not from cooking.com, btw). After reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try and I am delighted that I did. The rice is great (I've made basmati, brown, arborio and jasmine, so far). The clean-up is super easy (beats wiping down the stovetop hands down). And the product itself is very stream-lined. My 12 year old daughter has been in 7th heaven, which is a rare and welcome surprise.

I never owned a rice cooker before and I was attracted to the titanium non stick material in the rice bowl. I have cooked brown rice and white rice which were wonderful. The only disappointment in the product were the directions on how to measure the rice in the cooker.
