This makes cooking rice so easy a caveman like me can do it. So far we have not found a variety of rice that it does not cook well.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try and I am delighted that I did. The rice is great (I've made basmati, brown, arborio and jasmine, so far). The clean-up is super easy (beats wiping down the stovetop hands down). And the product itself is very stream-lined. My 12 year old daughter has been in 7th heaven, which is a rare and welcome surprise.

I have cooked brown rice and white rice which were wonderful. The only disappointment in the product were the directions on how to measure the rice in the cooker.
