by Donna (Wagoner, OK) 1 review When I got my Baker's Set, I was so excited. Until I started to pull out the large, rectangle pan. It was in pieces. I felt like crying. The little square was fine and I could tell I was really going to enjoy using it. So I looked into the box. Pulled out all of the paper work and found the 1-800 number. The lady I talked to was very nice, and understanding. She told me not to worry, they would send me a new one immediately and I didn't even have to send the old one back. About a week later, I got my new, UNBROKEN, pan. It is beautiful, I can't wait to use it.
