"just a bunch of recipes" by Sam Zien does a wonderful job of giving the reader/cook some great, quick, and easy to follow tips and recipes. This book retails at a higher price in the stores and is less expensive even with the shipping fees.

There are many helpful hints and suggestions that will make the cooking experience that much more enjoyable. Sam offers a large variety of recipes and covers all the cooking bases but applies the same philosphy to each cooking genre. Keep it simple but make sure it tastes great! Get this book and get ready to cook.
