by Linda (Lafayette, NJ) 2 reviews Wanted something small and it is the perfect size. Don't usually deep fry because of the calories, but some dishes come out best that way. I saw Pat and Gina Neely make Coconut Shrimp and decided to try it. It came out great and this fryer made it so easy to do. I cooked about 5 large shrimp at a time and it only took a few minutes to brown. The family loved it. I look forward to trying other recipes using my new fryer.
