Moulinex Plastic White Food Mill with 2 Strainers:
This new Moulinex food mill does a yeoman’s job of puréeing even the chunkiest vegetables. Two interchangeable, acid-resistant tinned-steel disks allow you to choose the texture of your purée. The fine disk produces a velvety potage Saint-Germain and a nice tomato purée; the coarse one refines apples into sauce and rices potatoes beautifully. The crank handle is topped by an easy-to-grip plastic knob. The arm turns the blade smoothly and easily, and the serrated legs allow you to set the mill over a variety of pots or bowls from 6½” to 11" in diameter.
