My only problem with it is that it gets SEARING hot (I know, no surprise) and my leather hot mitt isn't strong enough to block the heat. The first time I used it I actually had to drop it because it was burning my hand and I spilled the contents all over the patio (that's ok, five second rule...)
That aside, it is MUCH better than any other product I've seen. I just recommend very strong oven mitts!
