The waffle iron is simple to use. Simply turn it on with the front on-off switch and an audible beep lets you know when the waffle iron is ready for action. Once it reaches the ideal heat level, getting started is as simple as pouring the batter in and closing the lid. like the name says professional:) it doesnt state how many minutes between dings so a newbe like me can gauge cooking time. thanks to my daughter the pro i made a whole box by mistake. thats another story in itself! awesome!!

I followed the instructions and the Waffle Iron worked as stated, perfect. I used the 4 temp setting as recommended and the waffles were crisp and nicely browned. I used Krustez pancake mix using the waffle recipe and it worked just fine. Why go through the trouble of making it from scratch when most everyone in your family will not be the wiser.

I have only had this waffle maker for a couple of weeks, but I love it. I have not yet made homemade waffles, but Hungry Jack version and they are amazing. So far, so good.

I have been using this product for 7 years. We own 2 and several times a week I use the Waffle Irons for Breakfast at the Sugar Hill Inn. Under heavy usage they last me about 2 years. Waring does make a commercial machine that might last longer but it is 5 times the price. I recommend setting a timer because the buzzer is not dependable
