What fun!

We ordered a professional waffle iron for our newly retired brother-in-law who loves to cook and decided to purchase one for oursselves. The price was just too tempting. We all love the waffle iron. It makes excellent Belgian waffles and makes them very quickly as well. We were so pleased that we purchased a third iron to give to another couple for a Christmas gift.

Best Waffles Ever

My family loved the waffles made with this waffle maker. They were crisp and yummy. Everyone agreed that it's the best waffle maker I've ever owned!

This is definitely the best Belgian waffle iron I've owned! Was intrigued by this type of waffle iron after seeing them at various motel breakfast bars. I've tried two "commercial" waffle mixes, and they worked wonderfully. Have NOT tried the recipes in the instruction manual yet. Waffles are crisp and golden brown at the "default" 4 setting. Will certainly be making waffles more often now!

Ok, So Invited some friends over for some chicken and waffles.
This waffle maker by far exceeded my expectations. It handles quite well when you are in a crunch. I had to make about 2 dozen waffles that night, this waffle iron trully delivered.

I bought this for my husband for xmas. He was very excited to see a "professional" belgian waffle maker in the box. He used it twice (yesterday and today) and he is overall satisfied with it. He does, however, have a problem hearing the beep when the time expires. Although I haven't been very nearby, I don't hear it either. I am inclined to believe it doesn't work. As for the rest, my kids are happy with their new breakfast choice and I am happy that dad is in charge, yay!!! It takes a batch or two to figure out how hot to set it; (soggy waffles or toooo crisp) but they settled on a 3.5 setting:)

This waffle iron heats up fast and cooks fast. The waffles have nice deep pockets to hold lots of syrup. The reheat time between waffles is fast. You can make waffles for a crowd in no time at all.

I have tried several waffle makers over the years, all were complete failures. I was a little wary about this one but from the first atempt it has performed very well. Perfect waffles every time. I have even been creative and added fruit pie filling to the waffle mix and they turned out great!

Good value for the money.

I gave this product a '3' only because this is the first waffle iron I've purchased in about 20 years and I don't have the opportunity to test competing brands or models. This was about middle of the price range. I'm not sure what buying top-of-the-line would have gotten me (more lights and settings, faster turnaround , who knows?) But I can say I've purchased other Waring products (professional deep fryer, et al) and like them, the Belgian Waffle Iron works as advertised and is dependable. It was also (compared to other retailers I checked) a really good price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

I thought the photo of the waffle maker looked more durable than it felt in person, however after using it about 6 times, so far so good. Easy setup, makes good nonstick waffles.

Absolutely a wonderful product. Everyone loves the waffles this waffle maker makes. In fact, 5 people are going to buy one! Coworkers now want me to bring it to work every Friday for breakfast.

We originally bought this waffle maker because we had used a similair one in motels. We were so impressed with the taste of the waffles that we make and the easy clean up that we bought a second one for our beach house. What a great tone it sets for a Saturday morning! Receiving raves from people staying with us, I have since bought one for my son in law, one for my son, and a couple for wedding presents.

This thing is awesome. It only does one thing (waffles... duh) but it does it amazingly well. Takes about two minutes to warm up, 3 to cook a waffle - fast enough to make them to order. The only complaint is that the indicator is 'professional' - you'd hear it in a noisy kitchen, but in a smallish apartment it'll wake up your girlfriend.

I first tried this product at a motel. After years of having to pick out my waffles in pieces, I enjoyed having it come out in one piece. Have used mine almost daily and love it. It heats up quickly and delivers a delicious waffle each time. I can't wait for spring and fresh fruit so I can try new recipes.

Makes terrific waffles, but don't bother fussing with the many-ingredient recipe in the user manual. A basic pancake/waffle mix works great. Very easy to clean.

This product is magic......we first used one at a motel wher they have a continental breakfast....it is a beautiful, well built product....it works perfectly.....another great product...thank you!!!!

Works like a charm! It is everything one would wish for in a waffle iron. Once it gets going it's fast and efficient. Produces nice crispy, any shade you want, steaming hot waffles. The ridges are deep for holding lots of wonderful flavors which may be added to the outside surface of the waffle. The iron is very easy to clean. Everything releases fron the surface quickly. A quick wipe and you are ready for another tasty experience.

Finally, we can have Belgian Waffles and not have to go out to have them. We dislike eating out and this is my answer to that problem. We had company (5 guest) the week I received the Waring great surprise for everyone to have Belgian Waffles for Brunch. It is fast enough to keep up with everyone. And when it is just my husband and I , it is not a bother to make Belgian Waffles. Thank you Waring and Cooking.Com

This is a WONDERFUL waffle maker -- far better than anything else on the market for home use. Just as good as the one we used at the Fairfield Inn for their continental breakfast, which is the experience that made me have to buy one. My husband was skeptical when I bought my newest "gadget", but I've yet to make a waffle on it!! He took it over and absolutely loves being the "cook". The waffles are SPECTACULAR -- better than any we've had in a restaurant. He'ls used both a recipe I found on the internet and a buckwheat mix from an organic food store. Great with our Ohio maple syrup or frozen strawberries. We've been invited to stay with two sets of friends on our travels in Feb. and March -- what to give as a gift for their hospitality -- hmmm? I've bought two more waffle makers, and my husband will make breakfast for them during our stay. CAUTION: the comments that mention cheaper prices for the waffle maker are for a different model that is far inferior in quality. "You get what you pay for," and this is well worth the money. No longer a luxury in our house!

I had used another waffle iron and had terrible luck with it. This waffle iron was a breeze. The timer lets you know when the iron is hot and when the waffle is done. It does not stick. My family absolute loves it.
