Well folks, my review may be suspect as I bought the grinder in order to grind pieces of chicken (bone included) for dog food. However, it handles it well. Had borrowed the same model from a friend to try and liked it. Then researched on line and it seemed the best deal for the price. Hers has held up well over time. It's reasonably easy to clean and well-balanced when pressure is applied in order to engage a piece of meat with the grinder mechanism. It is really important to make sure the blade is placed facing the right direction (which is kind of counter-intuitive) or the machine appears to work, but not well.
Just imagine what I'm putting mine through. For regular meat grinding, it's probably really, really good!
I recommend this product.
