It's very well made and large enough to fit all my frozen food items. I take it into the grocery store, and zip it up until check-out. Then it keeps all my food frozen for the ride home. Well worth the money.

Have not tried frozen items yet. Went to resturant in the city and bought 3 bowls of chili, when I got home (25 minutes later) the bowls were still hot. So hot, the lid was melthing on one bowl. I hate when you order take out and by the time you get it home it is already cold, not with this bag.

I have had my first bag for a couple of years and have never had a bag keep food cold so long! I use the bag for food shopping in the warmer months as well as for family road trips. When I purchased my original bag the promo claimed the bag would maintain food temperature for up to 7 hours and it is absolutely true!

I freeze the items in advance in plastic containers and you can fit an awful lot in these babies! They're also good for shopping in the summer and bringing home cool things before they thaw or melt.

It works well for both. At a Christmas potluck, I didn't need to fight for oven space to reheat my dish because it was still very warm after three hours. It's large enough to hold more than one hot dish or a lot of groceries.
