This is my second one. The first one I purchased a couple of years ago, but I put something hot in it and it started leaking. My fault. It is great for taking into hotel rooms with your cold things.

I really wanted to buy one of these,so when they ran the free shipping I ordered the Jumbo Tote.I have used it several times and LOVE it.I live in Florida,and it really keeps my perishables cold until I get home.I always get asked in the grocery store where I ordered this tote.I am looking forward to getting the next size down also.I can't wait until they go on sale.You will not regret purchasing this tote.

I can't rate this myself as it was a gift, but I did ask my Mother-in-Law how she likes it and SHE LOVES IT. She did say that if you load it up, it does get a bit heavy, but she leaves it in the car and when she comes out of the store with ice cream or other frozen items, she just places them in the tote. Then she can go on to do more of her shopping w/o worrying about her frozen goods.

The jumbo tote is wonderful. I've been looking for a tote large enough to hold a large pizza box...this one does, with room to spare. It keeps my ice packs frozen for 9 hours (in the trunk of my car)...I LOVE it!

I love these insulated bags! I have 4 now, they are great for grocery shopping. I can put my frozen & refrigerated items in the bags & continued to do more shopping, everything stays nice and cold.

My family of 4 has had these totes for years now and use them every week for groceries! I just bought 2 more this week. We keep two in every car! They hold up great, don't leak and keep cold and hot better than any we have ever used! LOVE THEM!

I know it says Jumbo but for me they are two large and they will be too heavy to carry when there are groceries in them. This is just my opinion because I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands so I cannot handle this large a bag, otherwise I love all your products and have bought a number of other items. I did return these but I am sure I will buy more merchandise in the near future.

I had purchaed this a few years ago and have been very impressed. It keeps the food frozen for hours. I have packed it in my suitcase with ice and my pasta from Arthur Avenue stayed frozen. It was stolen when I was on tour and quickly order another one. Love this.

Its much larger than I expected - seems sold enough - but also inconvenient to carry if you have a lot of stuff. It's fine for the price but there are better ones.

This is my second racaphael ray cooler bag purchase. I have had my first bag for a couple of years and have never had a bag keep food cold so long! I use the bag for food shopping in the warmer months as well as for family road trips. When I purchased my original bag the promo claimed the bag would maintain food temperature for up to 7 hours and it is absolutely true!

We haul food back and forth between our two homes. These totes work so well and hold so much! Usually pack them tight enough that an additional ice pack is not needed.

Bought for my trips to the grocery to keep frozen items from melting before I get home. Have not tried frozen items yet. Went to resturant in the city and bought 3 bowls of chili, when I got home (25 minutes later) the bowls were still hot. So hot, the lid was melthing on one bowl. I hate when you order take out and by the time you get it home it is already cold, not with this bag.
