Not what I was expecting

Let me list the items that I am not so fond of: 1) The plastic handle seems a bit flimsy. When I am trying to clean out the carafe, it feels like the handle is going to detach from the glass. 2) There is no indicator that the coffee maker is "off." You push cancel and it beeps once. No light or digital sign to let you know that you have turned the coffee maker off. 3) The rubber feet on the bottom of it keep sticking to the counter top and easily come out when moved. Nothing seems to keep them in their place. 4) It is a lot lighter weight and cheaper material than I thought it would be.

The coffee maker is an item I always have been interested in for some strange reason. I usually purchase one every year. That may be because while some are in fact pretty good, I always thought that there was a better one yet not tried. I originally purchased yours because it looked good and had a water dispenser that let the showered water cover almost all the coffee waiting for it. Then I discovered the bold setting and the removeable water dispenser and was hooked. I realized that even with those two great ideas, my coffee that morning tasted great. I only have one per day so that cup is important to me. I feel that if the quality lets it last, I have bought my last coffee maker for quite some time. I will miss, however, my annual search for that perfect machine. Guess I just might have found it. Thank you. Sincerely, William J Wright Sr

IT does brew fairly quick!

The coffee maker itself is good, easy to use and brews good coffee! My complains is that I can see when the coffee maker is brewing but after it is finish I can't tell if it turns off or what. My big grip is they need replace the glass decanter. I have to pour my coffee over the sink. my sink gets as much coffee as my cup does as I pour it! I tried lift the lid only it still runs over the rim of the glass decanter!

ease of use

Very easy to fill and makes excellent coffee in the bold mode. Not so clear when auto is off or not.
