Little hint, Just ask your company if they are allergic to anything before you cook it, lol. I cooked for my friend and her family and didnt know he was allergic to pine nuts and guess what nut was in the chicken and he had to go to the ER. Luckly he laughed about it. My family is loving the different food we were all tired of the same o same o. I tell every1 i see at walmart about it:) I love rachel ray!
