All if Racgel's cooking books as this one are easy, informative and the family loves them.

I can't wait to try a bunch of recipes from the book.

We are very careful about our sodium content and the majority of the recipes seem awful high in sodium content. Hopefully I'll make them without salt or Chix broth and they still will turn out OK.

This is the best cookbook I have ever purchased. The step by step pictures are the best. I purchased for myself but ended up giving it to my son and his fiance' because they are novice cooks and I thought it would be a way for them to get together in the kitchen and create family meals together. Guess what? It worked. I will purchase me another one after the first of the year since I have been unemployed all year and can't afford it with the holidays and all. Another GREAT product Rachael...I have your cookware, bubble and browns and several other products from your collection and can honestly say I have NEVER been disappointed. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! Sincerely, Vivian Doherty

The photos and recipes are great the first 220 pages, I have made several of the meals so far. My one complaint is the type color and font choice for the MORE RECIPES section..if you have any vision problems, forget it, it is printed in an pinkish orange, then the ingredients bar lists them in a tiny font, in the orange, with a lighter orange background box. And forget looking up something in the index unless you have good eyesight- even tinier orange print in the index. So, a very nice first 220 pages.

We purchased this book for our 26 year old "Down's Syndrome" daughter and she made an excellent soup following one of the recipes the next day. Her reading skills are about 3rd grade. Thanks much!

I LOVE ALL THE PICTURES, ALTHOUGH I WISH THE ONES THAT DON'T HAVE PICTURES DID HAVE THEM.

I had to do some looking and a lot of reading to figure out how to get to the videos that Rachael was talking about on her show. This could have been a little clearer at the beginning of the book, especially for old folks (like me). Do really enjoy the pictures!! Thanks for a great book.

I have never been a very good cook and have always wanted to get better. This book is so great and have cooked so many new things that my family is starting to enjoy my cooking versus going out to dinner. Thank you and keep up the great job!

I need to know - calories, carbs, fat and fiber. I hate to tell you this but, LTD has this book for just $11.95 in the Winter Favorites 2010 catalog. I just received this with an order on 11/12/2010.
