Nutritional information
I nearly think this could be used, But with IBS, I have to be very careful what I eat. Wish this as well as all, recipes had nutritional values. It would be a blessing to those of us with eating disorders.

Recipe Review
Please proof the oven temperature and correct. I've not made this recipe but it sounds very good!

Great casserole to play with; up baking temp!
I believe the oven should be preheated to 350. The 150 listed will not do much for heating through to proper internal temp in 35 minutes.

Is this the correct oven temperature?
I can't believe the oven temperature is just 150 degrees. Can some one let me know if this is correct as the ingredients sound as if they would make a delicious casserole and I would love to try it but don't want to end up with food poisoning.
