Delicious!
I served this for Thanksgiving dinner, and everyone liked it - many came back for seconds. The recipe didn't specify the weight of the package for the asparagus, so I used to 8 oz packages of frozen spears, cut into small pieces. I also added an extra hard-boiled egg, a little more cheese, and I think I would prefer the cracker crumbs on top of the casserole with the bacon rather than on the bottom. I'll try that next time. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
