Not So Good
I followed this recipe as well as possible, but there is very little direction here. Basically it says to add stuff in whatever quantities seems good to you and cook for as long as you think right. How can you add garlic powder, soy sauce and worchestershire sauce to taste? These ingredients don't taste very well until cooked. Anyway, the finished roast was too bland for my family. We would have done better with a good rub.

Grilling chuck roast
I grilled the chuck roast on a charcoal grill, with the coals placed on opposite sides of the grill (indirect heat) Cleaned and oiled the grate and cooked for about 12 minutes per side.
