Very Good but needed some color
I made this dish for my family on Thanksgiving. I used fresh corn on the cob and grilled it first, then added half of one red bell pepper and half of one green bell pepper for added color and flavor. I, and a couple of guests, thought it was wonderful. A few people, my kids, thought it would have been fine without the bell pepper.

Three-Corn Casserole
My recipe, like this, has 2 eggs, not 3. I believe the wetness comes from too much liquid due to the 3 eggs in this recipe.

Flavorful
I baked this for 40 minutes at the recipe temperature but it was very wet in the middle and not done on top. It took 15 minutes more in the oven before it set up and was somewhat golden on top. I'm wondering what the consistency is supposed to be?
