Belgium Pie or Thanksgiving Leftover Pie
Yours is good but My grandmother's is better. Some 50 years ago, with left over dough, evaporated milk, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon and in her special little pie tin she let us make a pie crust that was not perfect. We sprinkled it with the left overs from the pumpkin pies. Baked it and enjoyed it more than any other pie we had! Now as adults we make several 9 inch ones for Thanksgiving - or there is too much fighting for a slice!
