I made this bread twice. The dough was too dry to work with. The first time I made the bread I added a quarter cup more of pineapple and enough orange juice to make the dough moist. It tasted great. The second time I made this bread I added a little more orange juice and a little evaporated milk to make the dough moist. Again, it was great. This is a very easy bread to make. It was a hit.
