Excellent
I decided to try this because it sounded good and I know that everyone in my house loves chicken. The coating for the chicken is very quick to put together, the only thing was it made to much, I cooked about6-7 cutlets. I could not find fresh parsley or thyme I used dry. Fried in olive oil for 3 min per side and it was done, served with corn on the cobb and had leftovers to top salad with. Thank you will be making this again.
