This is a Chili - not a casserole
This is basically a chili with corn in it. It is a hearty chili...has good taste and heat...but not a casserole. The corn meal does thicken it nicely. Good with some nice green chili cheese cornbread.

FANTASTIC!!!!!
I used ground chicken and baked in the oven @ 350 for 50 minutes then topped with cheeses as instructed. It was really tasty. Next time I'll stars early enough touse my crock pot.
