Cook longer
Taste great. I added the feta as was recommended. Only thing is it takes a minimum of 15 min to cook, definitely not 10.

YUM
I made this with the feta, olives AND tomatoes (did not use parmesan)... All I can say is YUMMY. Added the olives and feta to the sausage mixture (after cooking) followed the rest of the directions. After baking I laid on tomato slices and broiled for two minutes. Ny husband asked for seconds :)

Could be a "five"
With a few additions and a couple of changes, could be rated a 5! Add 1/2 small can chopped green chilies, 10 sliced Klamata olives (on the top), use feta cheese instead of Parmesan and forget the tomatoes. Hmmmm great!

A slight tweek !
I have made this twice, the first time as they wrote it. The second time I used the "hot" Italian sausage, and I baked for the 10 minutes only. I then added the very thinly sliced tomatoes overlapping, and used romano in lieu of the parmesan [ a little sharper], and then I put this under the broiler for a few minutes to heat up the tomatoes, and cheese. It makes a beautiful presntation

AWESOME
This is great.I make it when we're camping and everyone gets the recipe off me,so I always print lots of copies to take with me.Just to jazz it up I grate a just over a cup of cheddar cheese and put it in the sausage mixture.
