Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars
Made these last night. Only used the 1 stick of butter because 2 seemed like too much and the crust came out perfect. My only problem is getting these to cut cleanly. The ganache layer cracks when I cut it. Anybody else have this problem and how did you solve it?

Incorrect Recipe!!
Caution, whomever wrote this recipe has the crust portions incorrect. They state that a 1/4 LB of butter is 2 sticks, when it is only 1. Unfortunately I discovered this too late when I kept thinking the crust seemded like a filling vs a crust. Made it anyway and cooked a LOT longer. We will see how it turns out!

question?
the cheesecake bar sounds delicious however i am questioning the amount of butter. recipe states 1/4 lb - 2 sticks.... this is contradictory as 1/4 lb is equal to 4 ounces or 1 stick. can you please clarify the correct amount to use.

Question
I would love to make these bars, but the ingredient list includes 1/4 pound butter (2 sticks). Since sticks is 1/2 pound, I wondered which is the correct amount. I'm giving the bars 5 stars because I don't want to negatively affect the rating, but I would love to know which amount is right so that I can make these bars! They look and sound delicious.

Keeper!
I made this for the first time for a family reunion. There were a lot of goodies on the dessert table. This recipe was THE most popular. Kudos Sue!
