YUK!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR INGREDIENTS ON THIS ONE!!! I made it twice & since there's no pan size (I used 9" round) or baking temp (I used 350 & 375) I had to guess. The pecans began to burn but the center never did cook on either one. The cinnamon chips taste artificial & are disgusting! On the second one I eliminated the chips & it tasted as though it needed salt. My husband didn't want to hurt my feelings, but admitted he didn't like either one. I agreed. I threw away both cakes!

Absolutely Delicious!!!
I tend to get creative when I bake...so I decided to use oak flour and boy! Oh boy! It was excellent! I used the same measurement of oak flour from what the receipe calls for. I found the baking cinnamon chips at my local Hy-Vee Grocery store in Des Moines, IA. I did find out that these chips are only avaiable during the holidays, so I'm going to go to the store and stock up on these chips to be used another time when I want to make the cake again :-)

To Die For Apple Cinnamon Cake
I really like this cake, but I guess I would have included the oven degree to cook it. I cook it at 350 degrees seems to work OK but then I cook quite a lot and a new cook would have a little problem with not knowing how hot to make the oven.

WHERE IN THE WORLD
do you get these frufru ingredients? I don't have wheat flour blend and cinnamon chips in my pantry and I doubt Safeway carries them. Posting a recipe on the web as good as the pic looks is a shame when I close it a go on to another site.

Delicious
After reading the ingredients in this recipe I knew it would be good. Two items to mention. You forgot to give the pan size and oven temperature. I used a 9x9 glass dish and set the temperature at 350. It took all 40 minutes. OMG, this recipe is a keeper. The cake is light with excellent flavor. We love cinnamon so I was heavier on it. Also used unsweetened applesauce and less on both sugars to make it healthier.

What size baking dish?
This recipe looks great and maybe it's me, but I can't see what kind/size of "baking dish" to bake the cake in. From the picture, it looks like it was baked in a round cake pan.
