@Artie, sorry you weren't able to follow my instructions. I make this for my children, neices and nephews and it's a hit! You're making a cheese sauce so yes the milk is heated and the instructions state that. You must have missed a step.

missing Ingredients and steps
is the milk to be heated? Is there butter or any oil binder? What is the steps for mixing? Is this a partial of the package Mac and Cheese recipe? Not sure but tried to make this with the kids--a mess.
