Bettet than you think!
I make a lot of soups and this was definitely the best broccoli one! You don't miss the potatoes or any of the bad ingredients. Super easy and fast to make.

Easy and delicious!
The best part of this soup recipe was that it tasted so delicious without using heavy cream or butter, and a fairly minimal amount of cheese. Amazing! Quick, easy and delicious.

Easy, Peasey and Good!
Very good and easy to make and low fat! Next time I will add the onion and garlic as others suggest, for the fun of it, but the recipe was good as is. So to not waste the broccoli stems, I peeled, and chopped them and added them to make up the pound needed for the recipe. I only had sharp cheese and it was fine; and black pepper was fine too.

Very Good. Will make it again.
Fast and easy is right. Also, hearty and satisfying without being heavy on fats. I think I used more broccoli than 1 pound, but otherwise I followed the recipe, not needing any more salt. I may find a different cheese, as mine seemed a little grainy. I and my husband both enjoyed it. I even brought some to work for others to try, and they also said it was good. We will repeat this one over the coming months of winter.

Great soup with small additions
Made the soup but added a half of a chopped onion and 3 or 4 peeled garlic cloves to the brocolli as it was boiling in the broth. Pureed everything together and it was outstanding. Add some steamed broccoli for a little chunk and it is out of this world! Great low cal, healthy soup.

Yummy Broccoli Soup
I made this soup on Sunday, the first time I made it I double the recipe becaues I thought it sounded so good. It is absolutely delicious. We ate in in two days and need to make it again. I am thinking about adding onion and garlic and cooking it along with the broccoli. Delicious!!!

Fast and Easy
This was fast and easy, but not as tasty as I had hoped. A bit bland. Adding more cheese definitely helped. I think it still needed something else. My husband did not care for it at all, and it will not join my recipe list.

Excellent lunch!
I really enjoyed this. The flavor was very delicate so be careful with the S&P. I did have to add some liquid after I blended the soup, it came out very thick. Definitely making it again.

Simply Delicious!
This is so flavorful and good for you too. I used a white cheddar which doesn't affect the pretty green broccoli color. It was yummy and very satisfying.
