bacalao stew
I am very offended of the fact that as part of the ingredients you are including poblano or Anaheim peppers. We don not use these peppers in puertorican cooking. We use regular green peppers and/or Italian peppers. Our cooking is well seasoned but not hot at all. Please investigate before you post a recipe as puertorrican. This is a Mexican recipe.

super tasty!
I used tilapia; I topped it with avocados covered with lime juice and sea salt. Even the picky eater teenage child exclaimed "!Me gusta bacalao!" Next time to add a little heat, I'll use a hotter pepper.
