WONDERFUL for heart healthy and weight loss diets!
This is a great alternative to the regular breakfast. Especially for those of us watching calories or others (like my hubby) who must watch the cholesterol intake. Reduced fat cheese and egg substitute fills the bill. If one prefers the 'real' ingredients, they use them, but this give us who are always searching for something different another option that is tasty!

Usless recipe
This is a TTW recipe ( Totally Tastestless Wimp ). The only flavor you get is from the salsa.

Why are you doing recipes with fake food? there is nothing wrong with eggs and cheese. Use real food please.

Fantastic
I have always love to experiment with borittos. This sure is the best. DON'T EVER TRY THE STORE BOUGHT TYPE. Nothing as good as the freshly made.
