A great idea! And yes, I think anyone who does any cooking can come up with a recipe for seafood, tuna or chicken salad.

Really Easy
The idea was to use your favorite store bought or homemade salad and put it in the avocado as something different. I love shrimp salad done this way or tropical chicken salad (chopped chicken, canned tropical fruit, water chestnuts, celery, mayo and seasonings). Not that hard to make a salad that tastes good to you.

Stuffed Avocado Recipe
Great idea. After preparing Avocado, slice the surface of the Avocado meat down to the peel in a cross section for easy removal. Also I recommend adding a small amount of salad dressing to flesh before adding tuna or chicken salad.

They forgot to post the recipe.
Stuff an avocado with a seafood salad, that's the entire recipe and list of ingredients? How about an actual recipe for that 'favorite' seafood salad recipe, cause I don't have one; like what dressing and spices were used, etc. To say everyone has their own favorite seafood recipe is ridiculous. This was the place to post that yummy stuffing recipe.

There was no recipe for the stuffing. Just the suggestion to stuff an avocado with stuffing. Was that the recipe?
