Close to the "real" thing
To the reviewer who said it's a salad not the "real" thing...that's why the name of it is MOCK Ceviche. I use a recipe that's very close to this but use precooked, frozen shrimp-It's not the "real" thing, but yes...VERY close and VERY good!

This is an excellent salad
This is a very good salad, not a Ceviche. For the "real" ceviche use uncooked fish. Could use recipes from www.yanuq.com

Also added shrimp and schallops was without but added to the Ceviche I'm used to.
