Great alternative stuffing
Well since I have some vegetarian in the family, I wanted to try something different. This was such a surprise. To read the recipe it seems ok but nothing spectacular. Oh...but it was. I had everyone asking for the recipe and saying that it needed to be added as my new thanksgiving staple. I even had some say that it would take the place of regular stuffing. I don't think you can ever get rid of that thanksgiving tradition, but this is definitely a close second. ;)

YUMMY!!
This is such a hidden gem!! I was so surprised how good this was. Further, the after hint of the basil taste was superb. The only modification that I did was to keep the stock a vegetable based for the vegetarians in attendance and that I sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking. I used it sparingly as not to add to the fat content or calories, but still oh so tasty!!!
