I was wondering the same. I guess you could use the same recipe with the drumettes if you prefer dark meat instead of breast.

Sesame Chicken Fingers With 2 Dipping Sauces
I have no problem with this recipe other than that the Image should be that of the original recipe, and not of chicken wings with some unknown sauce. It does not look like either Mustard or Teriyaki sauce as stated in the recipe. I understand that the wings can be substituted for the boneless chicken breast, but one or both sauces should have been shown
