This was soooo delicious!
I made this Thanksgiving Day and it was simply delicious! Easy to make...so much less fat in this recipe that you don't even feel guilty eating it!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake
The cheese cake is very flavorful and even nice to look at. All who consumed a piece had high praise for it. However, the ginger snap crust became very soggy, more like a layer of semi-liquid. Should the crust have been baked first to set it? Constructing the batter was little tedious. Had lots of left over ingredients so I guess I will have to prepare it again!

An excellent lighter cheesecake
I don't usually bake cheesecake or order it when i am out because they are usually just too heavy with fat and calories. This one is different. I have made it twice and have served it to several excellent cooks--every one of whom has asked for the recipe. The only changes i made was to use 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup Splenda and to put the prepared crust in the preheating oven for 5 minutes and then letting it cool before filling it. For professional-looking slices: use dental floss to cut.

Delicious
This is a delicious recipe and no will will be able to tell it is made with cottage cheese. It did take some time to prepare and my food processor was too full for all the ingredients so I had to transfer the cheeses to a bowl before adding the eggs. A nice ending to a filling meal.
