Hooked
I read the reviews and tried this for my husband. It is so easy to prepare, and delicious. I made it last week, and then we loved it so much I made a double batch and am munching on it for lunch. Can't get enough of this easy delicious treat.

Those were the Days...
This is my Dad's Clam Dip. He always made it the night before Christmas Eve "to let the flavors blend". As soon as the candles and Christmas lights were lit, out came "the clam dip". The whole family were settle around our large round table waiting with chip in hand, and smiles on our faces. It was always a tradition that was included in the festivities of the season. To see that it is so widely loved and appreciated is wonderful. (the only thing that was not in it was anchovey paste. 1950

GlamClam Dip!
Yes, indeed! I too remember this dip from when my mother & father were "at home" to cocktail callers. I remember my mother had lovely cocktail dresses & she always wore Arpege. I don't envy her the girdle, garters & stockings. But this clam dip certainly is a classic & very very good.

It's great
I have mad a clam dip almost like this for years and it always gets raves. Mine differs in that it does not use anchovie paste, but does have a dash of onion powder and garlic powder (NOT garlic or onion salt). Try it with potato chips or crackers it is great.

Clam dip
This is a recipe that I have used for years and everyone loves it. However, we do not like anchovies so I substitute lemon juice.
