While easy to make, I found this very very sweet and sort of grainy with sugar, not chocolaty enough. The texture was odd, after an hour of baking it had formed a hard crust on top but the rest was not well set, mostly runny. After baking another 10 minutes it was more puddingy but still not set well. Ultimately I took it out of the water bath and baked it another 13 minutes to thicken/set it some. Too sweet, bad texture.

I made it today and it turn out really good!!.
I made it today, it was easy..I replaced the vanilla bean for vanilla extract and the framboise liqueur for baileys..so yummy!!! and I added strawberries on the top and it looks beautiful!

Yummy...
Delicious and easy. I didn't have a vanilla bean, so I used about a teaspoon of vanilla extract. I also substituted Kahlua for the Framboise. Don't forget the vanilla ice cream!
