The recipe is very similar to how I have made mine for years but I add peas and make my own broth and my own noodles. I have never bought a noodle and never will!

Homemade noodles
Two eyes 1/2 egg shell of water dash of salt Had four until mixture becomes thick enough to roll out Divide into two balls and roll out thin making sure to have lots of four on counter so there will be no sticking Let set to dry. Cut into strips and then stack and cut noodles as wide as you want. Drop into hot water and cook until done.

I'm just wondering?
I havn't made your receipe yet but, where do you get the chicken broth? Couldn't you simmer the chicken breast in 2 cups of water to make the broth, instead of baking the chicken? I would like your comment......Thanks

Homemade noodles
Doesn't anyone make real noodles anymore? The only recipe I can find with them instead of storebougt is in the (very) old red and white checkered one.

My Recipe is similiar EXCEPT for I use a whole chicken instead of just the breast(which has no fat content)which is what makes good chicken stock-so no need for extra stock-add a little Jamisons soup base if needed and also add a pinch of Saffron- for color and added flavor Also add more celery and carrots as well as maybe one chopped up parsnip- this would make a about 4 - 6 quarts of soup give or take a little-This is the one my mother who comes from Europe made every week and its the best
