Any Concern with Raw Egg Whites?
I would love to make this, mango is my manna, but what about the issue with uncooked eggs -- salmonella, etc.? I don't have my own chickens [yet], so long-time hype against commercial raw eggs in salad dressings, alfredos, etc. makes me ask this question. Would love to hear from others about this, is it still yet just another devilish myth that needs casting out? I don't know how to rate this and hope my question doesn't skew the ratings too badly.
