So delicious!
Made this tonight to rave reviews from guests. Obviously cooking with tenderloin gives the meal a helping hand, but the recipe is fantastic. Marinated for ~3 hours, roasted to internal temperature 140 degrees F (just below med rare), skipped the peppercorns. The sauce is delicious. All in all one of the tastiest things I have ever cooked, will definitely make again.

the beef was an incredible hit at the dinner party including requests for the recipe. It went well with aged Cabernet Savignon, wilted Roman-style spinach, and potato-fennel au gratin. Enjoy!
