DELICIOUS & EASY
This is wonderful! My husband & I both thorougly enjoyed it. Like Kim below, I tried the "oven only" method as my charcoal grill is on it's last leg and did not have the extra time. Did not like the Carolina Barbecue Sauce (too vinegaree) so used a Memphis sauce & seved with homemade coleslaw. WICKED AWESOME! Cooking for 2, so I cooked 1/2 of 12lb pork shoulder and froze the other for later and shortened the cooking time a couple hrs. Will definitely be making this again and for yrs to come!

Smoke it first
I frequently cook pulled pork - but because I haven't yet mastered the art of keeping our Weber going at 230*F all night, I usually move it to the oven overnight. But I always, always start it in the BBQ, (with smoke-chips), to get the real BBQ-taste into the meat right from the start!! Whether I finish it in the oven, or move it back to the BBQ in the morning (which I prefer), is a matter of how much time I have.

OMG! I'm in heaven........
I have never made anything like this before. It was amazing! I did it with the Easter Carolina Barbeque Sauce recipe. Since I don't know how to do the grilling with wood smoking, I used Weber Grill Mesquite Marinade & mixed it with the mustard mixture that get slathered on first. And did it in the oven totally instead of grill. It turned out great! I can't say enough about this recipe!
