Delicious
I have made this recipe multiple times and everyone always loves it and wants the recipe. I do add a dollop of whipped cream so it's not quite as "healthy" but it sure is good!!

Lemon Pudding cakes
can I put these in a muffin tin if I do it with a hot water bath, and could I use paper liners?

Love this recipe! Great for low salt diet!
Have made this recipe several times and love it. It is very low salt for those that need to watch sodium but is totally satisfying. We make this using half lime and sometimes use Meyer lemons. I add an extra 2-3 tablespoons of flour for high altitude. I also always keep a can of dried egg whites around so that the yolk is not wasted - using 2 fresh egg whites and adding 1 dried works just fine.

Fabulous!
I made this recipe for dinner guests & it was the perfect dessert to end a meal - delicious, light, different, quite easy to make & attractive.. The fresh lemon juice & zest give this dessert just the right amount of zing, it has a lovely sweet, tart flavor. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make it again.

Ewwwww
Ewwww ... Gross! It's not "cake and pudding" , it's just cake with an undercooked center! That is so disgusting. Just like the stupid Molten Chocolate Cake craze, this is just another version of the classic "Emperor's New Clothes" story. Just because someone tells you something is cool, doesn't make it so. Please don't eat raw-center cakes. Gross! Gross! Gross!

Lemon Pudding Cakes
Can this recipe be made as a cake, in maybe a 9 x 13 glass baking dish? If so, what is the baking time, and what other changes need to be made to the recipe?
