Very good light dish for the summer
I don't eat fish and am always trying to find different recepies to treat my family when they want a fish dish. I purchased some Sea Perch it looked like a nice peice of fish and they like fresh water Perch so I came accross this recepie and it enjoyed by all. I cooked it in a cast iron skillet on the BBQ with the marinade sause, I used yellow pepper which I think works better with the fish. Don't go overboard with the seasoning, enjoy.

Quite delicious and easy to make
my children and I love this recipe! I used fresh coriander instead of dill and parsley and baked the fish at 400F for 8 minutes.
