Best Sugar Cookie
I have looked for a long time for a really good sugar cookie recipe and this is it. Most recipes make a hard and bland cookie. I like really soft and flavorful sugar cookies. If you want a truly great soft, chewy sugar cookie - this is it. You can adjust sweetness for your taste by how much sugar you sprinkle on top! Beware, if you follow this recipe exactly, it makes a very large cookie.

Surpisingly addictive
Not a big fan of sugar cookies, but wanting to try something new, I did the chai seasoned version of these. Not only did they deliver as promised, a nearly foolproof (I'm no cookie baking expert) crunchy circumfrence with a chewy middle - but the flavor was just enough different from classic sugar cookies that it made them truly disinctive. Made for a church event, as expected other people's Choc-chips got all the action, so I brought some of these home. Wow - they are just addictive.
