Variation
I also serve this dip often. My guys love it for the UFC fight nights. I change it up a little by cooking it on the stove and melt 8 ozs of velvetta or american cheese into the dip. I also use ranch instead of blue cheese and omit the crumbles. I agree that fresh, cooked chicken breast is best and I serve it in a small crock pot on low with scoop corn chips and tortilla chips.

not quite
This has been one of my "go to" dips for many years. Using canned chicken may be convenient but you will sacrifice taste. Just poach one large whole breast or two breast halves. Dice or chop in small pieces. Tastes so much better. No "Tinny" or chemical taste.

Party Time
I've made this recipe many times. Follow the recipe exactly and use blue cheese. It's delicious and we have it at every family party!
