Make it Mexican!!
Just add 4 oz of tequila, set it on fire and as soon as the flames are gone serve over a bed of wild rice and enjoyy...

Incomplete recipe
Are we marinating the shrimp or just the veggies? The cooking instructions would indicate they are kept separate, and are we draining the marinade before cooking? I hope so. Perhaps it would be best left uncooked as a classic shrimp ceviche.
