Haven't tried yet but would if ....
Cook squid 15 minutes?! You'll have erasers. I LOVE squid and this sounds good (although nutmeg?) but the timing has to be a mistake. Squid can be cooked for 3 - 5 minutes or 45 minutes, but not 15.
