Don't waste your time and ingredients on this!!
The pastry didn't turn out too badly, although I did increase the amount of butter, because it just didn't seem right. I now know that it should have heaps more butter in it (about 125g). The toffee was the real disappointment - after 3 tries of trying to make this work, varying the quantities, which are obviously completely wrong, I just looked up a completely different recipe. I think someone just made this up sitting at a computer, it certainly never made it to their kitchen!

Don't Make this!!
This recipe is incorrect! I made the choux pastry twice and realized that the butter amount is wrong. Also, the toffee icing amounts are wrong too...What a disappointment! Batter should be 8 TBSP of butter, not 1 and you can cook the icing all day long, still doesn't turn into toffee!
